This recipe works with all of our Grow Vegan by Steve protein powders, so you can choose coffee, caramel, or chocolate or a combo!

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Place a large, deep pan in the freezer and allow time to chill.
  • Blend coconut milk in a blender or food processor until it is a smooth, creamy texture.
  • Add Grow Vegan by Steve protein powder and granulated sweetener or dates to the blender and blend until well combined. The texture should still be smooth and creamy.
  • Remove the pan from the freezer and transfer the blended mixture into it before returning it to the freezer. To prevent it becoming too icy, lightly mix your ice cream with a wooden spoon or spatula every 20 minutes for the first hour.
  • Allow it to warm up for 10 minutes before eating. It can also help to use a wet your spoon or ice cream scoop before scooping the ice cream into a bowl.
  • Enjoy your vegan protein ice cream, enhanced with Grow Vegan by Steve!
