Whether you have entered a gym before or not, you have probably heard someone talking about protein powders. Gone are the days when it was just those who visited the gym every day who used them. Now they are an important part of the day for many Australians. With so many different protein powders on the market, it can be confusing to decide which one is best for you. A question many people will ask is why are there different types of protein powders? Don’t they all do the same thing? In most cases there is a lot of the same ingredients in the different powders, however there is a reason for the different types.

Why is there different types of protein powders?

If you go to your local supermarket, you will see a variety of different powders available, which can be confusing. When you have a look at our website, you will see that we also have a range of different powders available.

The reason for this is because not everyone has the same goals in mind. With different goals, means different products to help you achieve them. We have formulated our whey protein powders to suit the various goals that people have.

Someone who is wanting to bulk up and add muscle is going to need a different product to someone who is focusing on loosing weight. Some people want to add a protein powder to their diet simply to help with their health and ensure that they are receiving the required nutrients, again this is a different goal and would require a different product.

How do I know which product to choose?

The first thing you need to do, before adding any protein powder to your cart is to decide what your goal is.

Are you looking to bulk up? Are you looking to loose weight? Do you want more energy?

Once you have decided what your goal is, you are then able to look at the products properly and determine which one will be best for you. The different products can help you to achieve your goals in the more timely manner.

Each of our products are clearly labelled with the details of what they do. You will see on the label that they will say either; grow, shred, bulk, energise and so on. These are the words that you should be looking for to help you with which product to choose.

Does flavour matter?

The last thing you want to be doing is using a protein powder that leaves a horrible taste in your mouth or that you are having trouble even getting down. That is why we have designed our range in an assortment of yummy flavours.

The flavour that you choose will not damper your efforts and make your goal less achievable. So if you want to go for the chocolate flavoured protein powder instead of the grape flavoured protein powder, it is not the unhealthy option. Each of our powders flavours are designed the same and the flavour will not change the outcome.

What if I am not seeing results?

One of the biggest mistakes that people make is thinking that one product is going to make all the difference. Adding a protein powder into your routine is a great idea, but only if you are using it as a part of a routine. It is not there to take over the healthy eating. And it is not an alternative to exercise.

When you put together a routine involving a healthy diet, exercise, sleep and supplements such as a protein powder, that is when you will start to see results. It is not a one off thing, you need to put it all together. Goals By Steve was created with you in mind. It is more than just a line of goal supporting supplements, it is a goal supporting system.

With every order, I will take you through my scientific Goals Actualisation System to help you set goals that you follow through on, help you keep yourself accountable to your goals, and celebrate your goals with the Goals by Steve community!
